Colorado Workforce Training Tax Credits: What Employers Can Claim

Colorado's training-related tax credits are the Enterprise Zone Job Training Credit (12% of eligible training costs in enterprise zones) and the refundable New and Emerging Industries Apprenticeship Tax Credit (up to $12,600 per apprentice). The Job Growth Incentive Tax Credit rewards large relocation and expansion projects, not training. The federal Work Opportunity Tax Credit has lapsed for people who start work after Dec. 31, 2025.
