Florida Credential Reimbursement Programs for Employers

Florida has no state program that pays employers back for the credentials or certifications their staff earn. The Pathways to Career Opportunities Grant is real, but it pays schools and apprenticeship sponsors, not most employers. The nearest employer route is Incumbent Worker Training, which reimburses training costs for current staff, or your local CareerSource board's own worker training funds.
