Alabama Incumbent Worker Training: How to Get Reimbursed for Upskilling

Alabama's Incumbent Worker Training Program reimburses employers for training current full-time employees. The Department of Commerce pays up to $30,000 per project and up to $3,300 per employee trained, and you must match 25% of the cost if you have 50 or fewer employees. Applications are reviewed first-in, first-funded until the budget is gone, so check funds before you plan.
